Paying the reservation fee constitutes full agreement to the terms below.

Reservation and Cancellation

A reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Arquila reserves the right to cancel a reservation only in cases of unforeseen loss or major damage to the item that renders it unavailable for rental. In such cases, the reservation fee shall be fully refunded, and reasonable compensation or assistance may be provided in finding a replacement item.

Payment of the reservation fee constitutes full agreement to all terms and conditions stated herein.

Rental Period

The standard rental period is strictly three (3) days:

  • Day 1 (Pickup): Booking time 12:00 nn.
  • Day 2 (Event Use): The day of your event.
  • Day 3 (Return): Must be returned or booked for return before 10:00 AM.

Any rental that exceeds the standard three-day period incurs an additional fee of ₱250 per day for most garments, except Urbana and Leonor which cost ₱350 per day.

Logistics and Shipping

The renter is responsible for all delivery and return shipping fees. For safety and tracking, only trusted same-day courier services such as Lalamove may be used.

Arquila shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party courier services.

Item Care and Alterations

Do not wash, dry clean, iron (steaming is allowed), alter, or repair the garment.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including garment bags and accessories provided.

Late Returns

Late returns shall incur a penalty fee of ₱250 per day for most garments and ₱350 per day for Urbana and Leonor. These charges are deducted from the security deposit.

If the delay affects another client's reservation, additional compensation charges may apply.

Damages, Stains and Loss

Minor damages such as loose threads, detached embellishments, or repairable zipper issues incur deductions based on actual repair costs.

Removable stains may incur cleaning fees ranging from ₱20 to ₱500, depending on severity.

In the event of loss, irreparable damage, permanent stains, burns or tears, the renter shall be liable for:

  • the full replacement value of the item, and
  • compensation equivalent to affected bookings or reservations caused by the loss or irreparable damage.

Security Deposit and Fitting

A refundable ₱1,000 security deposit is required upon pickup of the item. It is returned once the item is inspected and cleared of damages, stains, missing inclusions, or late penalties.

Fittings are free of charge if you reserve a garment during your appointment. For fittings that do not result in a booking, a standard fitting fee of ₱100 will apply.

Documentation and Inspection

Please secure and send a video of the condition of the garment immediately upon receiving and again upon return.
