A slow, deliberate process designed around the moments you're dressing for. Reservations happen on the website. Fittings are optional.

browse and reserve online
Explore the collection and choose a piece that suits the occasion. Send the reservation form on the website with your event date, contact details, pickup or delivery preference, and chosen piece.
Note · A ₱500 reservation fee secures your date. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, and is deducted from your rental total.

fitting (optional)
If you'd like to feel the fabric before your event, book a pre-reservation fitting at our home studio in Silang, Cavite. It is completely optional - many renters reserve confidently from the sizing chart alone.
Note · Fittings are free of charge if you reserve a garment during your visit. Otherwise, a ₱100 fitting fee applies.

pick up on day 1
Pickup begins at 12:00 nn. Choose pickup from our Silang studio, or have it sent by a trusted same-day courier such as Lalamove. The remaining rental balance and the ₱1,000 security deposit are paid upon pickup.
Note · Renters cover all delivery and return shipping fees.

wear the moment on day 2
Day 2 is your event day. Wear it well. Steaming is allowed for soft creases. Please do not wash, dry clean, iron, alter, or repair the piece.
Note · We ask for a short video of the garment when it arrives and again before it is returned.

return on day 3
Return or hand the piece back to the courier by 10:00 AM on Day 3, in the garment bag we provided with all original accessories.
Note · Late returns incur ₱250 per day, or ₱350 per day for Urbana and Leonor, deducted from the security deposit.

inspection and refund
Once the garment is inspected and cleared of damage, stains, missing inclusions, or late penalties, the ₱1,000 security deposit is returned in full.
Note · Minor repairs and cleaning fees are deducted only when applicable, based on actual cost.
shipping zones
We currently ship within Cavite, Batangas, Laguna and NCR for our standard three-day rental. Outside these zones is possible - the renter covers the additional transit days.
