If a fitting is critical to your peace of mind, we strongly recommend booking one in advance. We do our best to confirm fit through measurements when an in-person fitting isn't possible.

Yes. Each additional day is ₱250 for most pieces, and ₱350 for Urbana and Leonor. Please coordinate the extension with us in advance.

Please don't. We handle all cleaning. Steaming is allowed for soft creases, but never wash, dry clean, iron, alter, or repair the piece.

Minor repairs are deducted from your security deposit at actual cost. In the event of loss or irreparable damage, the renter is liable for the full replacement value and compensation for affected bookings.

Once the garment is inspected and cleared of damage, stains, missing inclusions, or late penalties, your ₱1,000 deposit is returned in full.

No. The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the rare case Arquila cannot fulfill the booking.
